After a long time I am back with some nice news! My new cell phone arrived and I had time to play around with the different available apps. I managed to get the following connection working:
o2 XDA -> OpenVPN PPC Client -> WLAN -> Company-Network -> Remote Desktop on WindowsXP workstation.

I know that the picture has horrible quality but it was late and I was happy that the connection was working...
Today I will "hard-reset" the cell phone because I have tried so much different applications and this seems to make the phone really unstable. e.g. If I send some SMS in a row the wm5.0 system will freeze... :(
